Training Packages
"what can you change?"
Perception Multisport offers two different training packages.
The first is the purchasing of single sessions. The cost per session is $40 for 60-90 minutes. The price is discounted 10% if paying for 6 sessions or more at once. The sessions can be used for any area you would like to address related to multisport. Often times these sessions are used to work on sport specific technique. Here is a list of examples:

Technique Work-Run (Using Evolution Running techniques)
Preparation of your ‘Road Map’ (Long-term planning tool)

Off Season Transition Planning The possibilities go beyond this, so this is not an all-inclusive list. You can also combine 2 different areas. These sessions can also be shared with another person. It is highly recommended we do your road map as one of your sessions. These sessions are great for the self-coached athlete to work on specific areas, with little $$ investment.
The second package I offer is a month-to-month program, which consists of workout scheduling, preparation of your road map and two single one-on-one sessions. With this program I will be closely monitoring the results of your workouts, and taking an intimate role in your success as an athlete. We will talk once a week on Mondays to discuss the prior weeks training, and the schedule for the upcoming week. The price of this program is $99 per month, with a three-month commitment.
