BrikTense is the official group training program of Perception Multisport. The BrikTense concept is like no other group training workout. We complete structured multidiscipline workouts that are highly specific to the sport of triathlon. It is an antiquated idea that you can train each triathlon discipline in isolation and expect maximum results on race day.

Each BrikTense workout is either a swim to bike or bike to run workout that is specifically designed to prepare you for race day. You will utilize your own bike and an indoor trainer for the cycling portion of our workouts. Another unique feature of BrikTense is our ability to accomodate a wide variety of athletes. The workouts are structured for any level of athlete - from beginners to veterans. Our participants have ranged from those scared to get in the water, to athletes that have won races.
